Inspiration From USDOE's 2024 Summit: Strengthening Whole Child Communities — Raising the Bar from Cradle to Career

Last month, we had the pleasure of attending the U.S. Department of Education's 2024 Summit: Strengthening Whole Child Communities — Raising the Bar from Cradle to Career. We sent our very own Detroit native, Kara Barnes, to network with summit attendees and learn more about strides being made in prenatal-to-career continuums and place-based efforts.

Kara enjoyed meeting many of our customers, partners, and consulting clients in person (many of whom shared that they missed our Senior Consultant, Dan Duncan, and enjoyed working with him).

How do you track the journey of an individual child in a cradle-to-career initiative? How do you track the challenges, successes, and outcomes for an entire community in a place-based effort? How do you track the efforts and outcomes of a complex and cross-sector workforce development partnership? How do you report all of this information to stakeholders in an easy-to-understand format? How do you use the data to make decisions that lead to even better outcomes?

This summit has renewed our commitment to helping answer these questions and providing the industry's best tech-based solutions for managing, organizing, analyzing, improving, and reporting data.
