About 12 years ago, I was working in the New Zealand health system and searching for a way that would help me to focus on results. I was immediately captured by the simplicity of RBA and the clarity it gave me regarding population and performance accountability. In 2018, our company, Shea Pita & Associates, was asked to write a report about outcomes with RBA featured heavily, as the New Zealand government endorsed using RBA in a new whole-of-government contracting approach called ‘streamlined contracting’. We were fortunate to roll out the RBA training and be part of the process. The following report is an overview of what happened and provides a snapshot of some data. I hope you find it of interest!

Burlington, VT—MENTOR Vermont is excited to announce the recipients of the 2021 Vermont Mentoring COVID-19 Response Grants. This spring, MENTOR Vermont awarded 15 grants, totaling $65,280, to provide additional financial support to youth mentoring programs across the state.
